Hiring nurses with disabilities is not a bad idea. Hospitals and other healthcare facilities may assign them in some positions that do not need much physical abilities.
ReplyDeletePerhaps, disabled nurses can help in clerical works or inventory. However, I still suggest that they should be treated as normal employees and let them try regular tasks that other nurses are doing.
